It was by far the best chalet experience I’ve had in 20 years of skiing. The little luxuries like the quality of the food and wine were the icing on the cake, but it was the basics like the warm welcome and the flexibility around meal times and menu options for the kids that prevented all the stress we had with a different company last year.
