1, Call us on 01684 540 333
We are open 9.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday and our knowledgeable friendly team are ready to help you. They know our resorts and chalets inside-out and exactly what it takes to make holiday skiing with children a success from personal experience. After a phone discussion we will confirm a quote giving you all the information you need to book.
2, Request a call back
Tell us how we can help you and the best time to call. You can do this via “request a callback” gold button at the top of the page or fill in the quick enquiry form with your number and suitable contact times.
3, Check availability and prices
Enter how many adults and children and their ages and you will see immediately the chalets available in all our resorts. Select any to see an indication of cost including accommodation, complimentary transfer and child care.
NB this gives a useful indication of costs but not a final price which will depend on how your party fits into the chalet. For example a third child sharing a room will receive an additional discount and sole occupancy of a chalet may cost more. Press send and the enquiry will come to our office team who will quote details and a firm price, normally within two office hours.
Then it’s best to talk! This is where our small company touch and detailed knowledge really comes into its own to create the best possible skiing holiday for your family. For example we are often able to suggest chalets with children of similar ages – something our guests really value.

Thinking of making a booking?
We are happy to put a room/chalet on hold for 48 hours whilst you sort out your travel arrangements. Do remember that you need to organise your own flights – see our transfer page for more information. To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £150 per person is payable, or if your holiday is within 10 weeks of your departure, then payment is required in full.
We can take debit and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard, not American Express) over the phone. There is a charge of 2% for credit card payments on final balances but not on deposits. Or we can send you our bank details if you prefer to pay via bank transfer.
When do I pay the final balance?
The balance is due ten weeks before departure and we will email you a reminder before it’s due.
How do you check through my holiday details?
We will send you an email including all of your holiday information approx 5 weeks before your departure date inviting you to give us a call, at a time of your convenience, when we can check your flight details, childcare requirements, sort out your lift passes and answer any queries you may have.
Can we pre-order lift passes, skis and boot hire through you?
