Our director Mike, is passionate about excellent wine, and loves making sure that all of our guests receive the same quality of wine that he would have in his cellar at home. We agree it’s far from an unenviable task; it’s an opportunity to carefully curate an exceptional experience for our guests. Selecting the finest wines for our ski chalets takes time, effort, and a discerning palate. Each wine is chosen not just for its quality, but for how it complements the unique atmosphere of our chalets, enhancing the overall experience. This thoughtful selection process is what truly sets us apart from our competitors. We go beyond simply offering wine – we create a carefully crafted wine journey that elevates our guests’ stay, making it unforgettable.
Locally Sourced & Bottled – No Box Wine Here!
We source our wines locally where possible, but we also include exceptional wines from further afield when the quality merits it. Our wine is always bottled – never out of a box – and poured with care, so you can savour every sip.

We offer Red, White and Rose wine during, and after dinner. We even stock Champagne and Prosecco for those special celebrations – or just because!

White Wines:
• Horgelus Colombard-Sauvignon – Pungent, zingy aromas of lemon, lime, and tropical fruit.
• Marechal Apremont – Dry, floral, and mineral with zippy acidity, typical of the Savoie style.
• Versant Sauvignon Blanc – Elegant with citrus and exotic fruit aromas, perfect as an aperitif.
• La Foule Chardonnay – Complex and expressive with ripe pear, quince, and a hint of vanilla.
• Mandolare Menini Soave – Smooth and moreish with tropical and floral notes.
Rosé & Sparkling Wines:
• Folie d’Inès Rosé – Crisp, vibrant, and wonderfully refreshing – perfect for après ski.

• Cour des Dames Merlot – Juicy and easy-drinking with rich berry and cherry flavours.
• Gran Fabrica Gran Reserva – Plush Spanish red with cherry, blackberry, and a smooth vanilla finish.
• Pure Altitude Pinot Noir – Complex and fruit-forward with sour cherry and herbal notes.
• Combeval Grande Reserve Rouge – Smooth and full-bodied with lovely red fruit flavours.
• Chateau Vincens Origine Cahors Malbec – Powerful and concentrated, with black plum and chocolate notes.
