Increased Quality & Service
With many of us feeling the pinch this year we have been thinking hard on how we should be responding. There are a lot of gimmicky offers around that actually aren't bargains when you examine the detail and we did not want to go down that route. And frankly a few Euros saved does not compensate for a poorly located chalet or disappointing food. Instead we have stuck to our aim of giving the best service we can at the best value price - this year we are just trying even harder:
- We continue to do weekly price comparisons with competitors, offers and all, to satisfy ourselves no-one is giving better value - you will not find the same quality at a better price
- We have improved our service at no additional cost to clients where they have told us they would value it most. We are now offering ski hosting for the first afternoon to ensure our guests are getting the most out of resorts; we have added canapes some evenings and a cheeseboard to an new and exciting menu for example
- We have worked with local businesses to find savings wherever we can. There is 25% reduction on ski hire in Reberty and free helmets for children in most resorts.
Our aim remains the best possible small-company quality with the caring touch at the most competitive price - please challenge us if you think you have found better.
