Insurance Indemnity Document

I confirm that I understand that it is important that all members of my party are fully covered by travel and medical insurance appropriate to a skiing holiday with children. I therefore undertake to ensure that such insurance is arranged for all members of my party and includes adequate and appropriate types of level and cover as specified in our terms and conditions.

I also agree on behalf of myself and all members of my party to fully reimburse and indemnify Family Ski Company for and against any cost(s) claim(s) loss(es) damage(s) or expense(s) incurred by as a result of any failure of mine or any member(s) of my party to have adequate and appropriate insurance cover in place. The above reimbursement/indemnity requirement will not apply in respect of any event for which Family Ski Company and any of their suppliers, agents or sub-contractors are liable in accordance with the terms of my party’s contract with Family Ski Company.
