Who can enter?

UK residents aged 18 or over. The prize is for a family of up to four, including parents or grandparents, with at least one child aged between 3 months and 13 years at the time of the holiday.

When does it close?

23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026. The winner is drawn at random and announced on 2 November 2026.

What if I can’t travel at Christmas?

The holiday starts on Sunday 20th December 2026. If you can’t travel then, we’ll offer at least one alternative date.

Can I choose my resort or chalet?

Resort and chalet are allocated by Family Ski Company based on availability.

Does it cost anything to enter?

No. Entry is completely free - no purchase is necessary and there is no premium-rate anything.

How do the entries work?

You get one entry for following both Instagram accounts. Subscribing to the Family Ski newsletter adds a second, and subscribing to Roarsome’s adds a third. The newsletters are entirely optional - you can enter and win without them.

Do I have to stay following and subscribed?

You need to be following both Instagram accounts when we draw the winner. If you claimed a bonus entry for a newsletter, stay subscribed to it for that entry to count. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Eligibility

  1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of Family Ski Company Ltd and Roarsome, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
  2. The prize is for a family of up to four people, including parents or grandparents, with at least one child aged between 3 months and 13 years at the time of the holiday.
  3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
  4. One entry per person. Entries made by agents, third parties or automated means will be disqualified.

How to enter

  1. Complete the entry form on this page.
  2. Follow @FamilySkiCompany and @Roarsome on Instagram.
  3. Entries. Each entrant receives one entry for following both Instagram accounts. Subscribing to the Family Ski Company newsletter adds a second entry, and subscribing to Roarsome’s newsletter adds a third, giving a maximum of three entries per person. Newsletter subscriptions are optional and are not a condition of entry - an entrant who subscribes to neither is fully eligible to win.
  4. Entrants must be following both Instagram accounts at the time of the draw in order to be eligible to win. Where an entrant has claimed a bonus entry for a newsletter subscription, they must still be subscribed to that list at the time of the draw for that bonus entry to count.
  5. The competition closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted.

The prize

  1. Seven nights’ catered chalet accommodation for up to two adults and two children.
  2. In-house childcare for up to two children, and ski lessons for children aged 4 and over.
  3. Return airport transfers between Geneva and the resort.
  4. A £500 digital gift voucher to spend at roarsome.com. The voucher is non-transferable and carries no cash value.
  5. Not included: travel from the UK to Geneva airport, lift passes, ski hire, travel insurance, passports, visas, and all other personal expenses. These remain the responsibility of the winner.
  6. The primary date of travel is Sunday 20 December 2026. If the winner cannot travel on that date, at least one alternative date will be offered.
  7. Resort and chalet selection is allocated exclusively by Family Ski Company Ltd based on availability.
  8. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold. Family Ski Company Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable.

The draw

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date, and announced on 2 November 2026.
  2. The drawn entrant will be verified against all entry conditions before being confirmed as the winner. Where an entrant does not meet all conditions, a further entrant will be drawn at random.
  3. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 14 days. If no response is received within that period, the prize will be forfeited and a further entrant drawn.
  4. The surname and county of the winner will be available on request by writing to the promoter at the address above within eight weeks of the closing date.
  5. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Your data

  1. Entry details are collected by Family Ski Company Ltd. Where an entrant has subscribed to Roarsome’s newsletter, their email address is shared with Roarsome for that purpose. Entry details are shared with no one else.
  2. You may unsubscribe from either newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
  3. Entry data for entrants who are not newsletter subscribers will be deleted within 90 days of the draw. See our privacy policy for full detail.
